I created more than 20 reusable Figma components for the J.B. Hunt Carrier mobile application to quickly and efficiently create mock-ups for future projects.
There had been issues in the past of having to recreate components for every new project that carrier designers had started. By creating reusable components, carrier UX designers can save time and focus on making better user-centric designs instead of being distracted by pixel pushing small designs.
Each component has many variations and properties that allow them all to be used in many different scenarios.
I referenced multiple existing workflows, or screen clicking paths that users will follow to complete goals, and then created components that match that. All the components were found in different scenarios, but this gave me many possible component variations to let designers create any screen in the future.
